Shocking! 14 Year-old Boy Of R*pes, Murders 83-year-old Lady

A 14-year-old boy, Tyrone Harvin, has been charge with m*rder and r*pe in connection with the death of an 83-year-old woman, Dorothy Mae Neal, in Baltimore.
Maryland law requires Harvin be charged as an adult. He is accused of s*xually assaulting and killing Neal, who was found unresponsive on Aug. 29 in her West Baltimore apartment.
She later died at a hospital after being beaten by Harvin, who lived on the same street with her.
